Position Summary

The VP of Strategic Accounts is responsible for creating and delivering vital sales strategies and plays a crucial role in the success of NetcrackerWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

    • Initiate and develop a Territory Sales Plan
    • Initiate and develop Sales Opportunity Plans and forecasts
    • Identify and evaluate prospective accounts and develop new sales
    • Build on already-established customer relationships while constantly creating new contacts and accounts
    • Meet the business needs of accounts by being in constant communication
    • Resolve important customer issues and escalate to senior management when required
    • Successfully negotiate contracts with accounts
    • Lead sales campaigns and participate in presentations
    • Maintain an accurate sales forecast
    • Consistently and effectively communicate with Sales Management and build/maintain strong working relationships with all other departments

Experience And Requirements

    • At least 10 years of successful sales experience in the telecommunications industry
    • Successful experience using strategic selling skills
    • Proven success acquiring new enterprise logos
    • Developed strategic sales skills
    • Strong telecommunications knowledge
    • Strong OSS/BSS domain knowledge
    • Well-developed knowledge and understanding of the global telecommunications marketplace
    • Results oriented
    • Aggressive, assertive, persuasive
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
    • Ability to lead and also work as part of a team to solve complex technical problems and work with accounts in complex environments

Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred
