EverCommerce is looking for an experienced demand gen marketing leader to join our team as a Senior Marketing Director. In this role, you’ll provide strategic vision and direction to help grow the funnel, expand reach, and differentiate the offerings of multiple companies within our Health Services portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving pipeline creation for the entire Health Services portfolio. You will strategize, plan, oversee execution, and report on campaigns to drive qualified leads for multiple subsidiaries. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing, Health and Wellness, work closely with cross-functional teams as a strategic and tactical resource, and oversee revenue-generating initiatives with the EverCommerce digital department.
Some Key Responsibilities
Help assess, identify, and execute growth opportunities; strategize marketing, sales, or product programs to support these opportunities
Help to manage, build, and coach members of the Health Services portfolio marketing team
Brainstorm new marketing opportunities and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities between sister subsidiary companies
Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue
Develop marketing project plans, timelines, and acquisition reporting
Design, build, and execute content marketing and lead nurture campaigns
Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency; manage performance tracking of new programs, product launches, and cross-sell initiatives to ensure revenue goals and KPIs are being met or exceeded
Manage and allocate marketing budget based on performance and quarterly goals.
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
10+ years of digital marketing or product marketing experience, preferably in health care SaaS software
5+ years of marketing leadership at a health care organization or org that sells directly into the health care segment
Proven accountability for lead generation, top-of-funnel growth, and associated revenue KPIs.
Prior management of marketing campaigns and budgets in a performance marketing environment
Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
Exceptional presentation skills
Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely
