About the Role:
Technosoft Corporation is looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff for CEO’s office to work directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
You should be a self-propelling professional with an aspiration of becoming business leader working with CEO and Executive leaders of Technosoft. This role provides all the executive insights and operational challenges in running the dynamic and vibrant organization. You will be working closely with the CEO and Executive leadership of the company on all activities from Strategy planning, track org level special programs and executive coordination for completion.
You will keep a pulse on the business and help connect the dots across the company and be an integrator across various business processes for holistic view and decision making for CEO and Executive leadership Team. You will proactively experience the operational challenges of scaling of Fast paced growth company
Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
4-5 years in a business or executive management role
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer across all strategic & operational initiatives
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives as determined by the CEO. These initiatives should often be proposed by the Chief of Staff or other senior executives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of various internal Technosoft Corporation initiatives such as those relating to internal communications, policies, decision making systems, etc.
Lead day-to-day planning, help to prioritize activities, deliverables, and special projects, as well as perform financial, strategic and operational analysisCollaborate with the communications team to develop and implement external facing activities and communications for the CEO such as presentations, social media postings, etc.
Systematize knowledge management, so internal teams have accurate and up-to-date information on organization, program, and project plans and execution
Propose improvements in processes, communication, and other activities of C-Path.
